Michelle is sweet and cleans to our expectations. When we need to switch up the schedule or have the team pay special attention to certain appliances they do it, but you have to request it. Like with anything, understanding what you’re signing up for and communication is key.
I was extremely disappointed in Merry Maids cleaning service here in Nashville. I live in a 700 sq. ft. condo and always keep it tidy. I asked for just a deep clean - vacuum, dust, mop, clean bathroom, clean bathroom tile and shower tile. When I got home, there was dust on my wooden furniture, food crumbs on the floor, the trash piled up in my condo, bathroom floor had clearly not been mopped, shower didn't look like it had been wiped down.
