5 starts for customer service! I had a few issues after a deep clean and they promptly (within minutes) reached out after seeing my concerns on a feedback forum. I asked for a partial refund for the items that weren't complete and they didn't hesitate to make it right!
There are growing paints for sure as they evolve — for this is normal. We have had their services three weeks now/ Our initial service was MEH when it should have been WOW. Last I hear is that we are all human: our second third and fourth visit were each impeccable. Once we got the right cleaner for us… we are exited for weekly service here in Lawton, OK.
