These ladies did an amazing job on my home when I was moving. Much better than I would've done, and in a timely manner. Would give 6 stars if it was an option. GREAT JOB!
We had Group 6 come and clean at our residence on Jack Road in Clayton yesterday 1/30/2017. There were 3 girls, and the service they did was absolutely horrible. They did not dust anywhere, or wipe down any surfaces. Baseboards, dressers, tvs, furniture, nightstands and ceiling fans untouched and left full of dust. Refrigerator was wiped down, but ended up with streaks. I will not use this Merry Maid's again - instead take my business elsewhere. Not even worth 1 star. Pictures added. Such a rip off! I don't know where company's integrity is anymore. Don't they want repeat customers? I want to find a regular cleaning service and trying to get me to pay more money that what I was originally told is no way to get a REGULAR customer. I was told over the phone that cleaning services are $85 an hour. No problem...I asked for basic cleaning, no frills and only needed 1/2 of our 1300 sq foot home cleaned. It took them 50 minutes.
