The manager of the IE location (Antonio) is one of the sketchiest, most unreliable, most unprofessional and most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I honestly think he is abusing the immigrant women he employs. He changes pricing at the last minute, his rules for cleaning are insane (no windows, no dishes, will not pick up or move any items “in the way” (toys, socks, anything really). I could go on and on about how poorly this company is ran but I ahead I’ll just say LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS AND USE SOMEONE ELSE.
Lousy service- they wont pick anything up to clean, they call everything knick knacks. They flip a rag around the furniture instead of vacuuming or wiping to dust. They dont move anything to vacuum. They are not the Merry Maids I once knew 20/30 years ago. I could have done everything they did - I needed help cleaning where I couldnt clean!! What a joke - but not the price - we paid $190 for 4 hours and part of the time was set-up. NEVER AGAIN!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. 2 people and 1.5 hours of work and only the top of stove was cleaned. Waste.of time and money... don't waste yours.
