I have had cleaning ladies for 10 years, and, Merry Maids is by far the worst. The employees weren't friendly and moved VERY slowly. Every week I had to walk around and point out things that weren't being done. I'm not talking about extra things, I'm talking about washing bathroom floors, vaccuuming, (they had to be asked to vaccuum under furniture with legs, such as coffee tables, chairs, etc...),they regularly put our sheets on sideways, even my daughter's, and hers have ruffles on the top!
