I recently booked a move-out cleaning and professional carpet cleaning with Merry Maids. While the cleaning crew was punctual and did a good job with the priority list, the carpet cleaning service was a TOTAL FAILURE. We agreed to a 5:00 PM or after start time; however, by 6:30 PM, no one had arrived or contacted us. When we tried to call the office, the phone went unanswered and the voicemail was not set up. We are first time customers, Hong and Kimmy were amazing and very kind! It was a pleasure meeting them and they did an outstanding job! We will definitely be using them and this cleaning service moving forward! Highly recommend.
