I recently booked a move-out cleaning and professional carpet cleaning with Merry Maids. While the cleaning crew was punctual and did a good job with the priority list, the carpet cleaning service was a TOTAL FAILURE. We agreed to a 5:00 PM or after start time; however, by 6:30 PM, no one had arrived or contacted us. When we tried to call the office, the phone went unanswered and the voicemail was not set up.
