the one in golf manor ohio screwed me over too. they stole from me, ate my food, and put some kind of cleaning product on my flat screen tv and ruined it. the owner said they would not replace it. i reported them to the BBB.
This service is overpriced and they do not clean according to the checklist outlined during estimates. Do yourself a favor and find another service.
Absolutely horrible experience. Beware - You will be billed incorectly, and have an impossible time correcting the account. Actual service was iffy, but the front office is very unprofessional!
We have had Merry Maids clean our present and our last home for 5+ years. We dont have them clean all of the time. Just when we need a deeper cleaning or when my wife needs a break. The pricing is reasonable and the girls that have come out have been extremely nice and done very good work. They are always on time and have even came out at the last minute. We would highly recommend them.

Used Merry Maids in the past and had a great experience. Have had a terrible experience with the franchise in Falls Church. We are now switching services and should have done so months ago. Do NOT recommend to anyone.
