They do a decent job cleaning, for a reasonable price, but they never answer their phone, even for existing customers. I was moving out of the area and wanted a thorough deep-clean of my place after I moved out (and to cancel my existing service). I called six times, leaving three different messages, and they never called me back. At this point, I guess I'll just break the news to them when the maids show up for their every-2-week cleaning and call me because nobody is home...
