Services not as advertised. Trying to get a decent job of dusting was a battle. I was told there was “quality review” but it was rare. Instead I was asked to give the teams input. One team decided home-baked Christmas goodies on the counter were a tip

Very disappointed in Merry Maids of Knoxville. After giving specific instruction about what to do they showed up and asked my son what to do several times. Did not call to request more time as directed, but said they stayed extra hour. Paid $100 per hour for average cleaning
We have had Merry Maids clean our present and our last home for 5+ years. We don't have them clean all of the time. Just when we need a deeper cleaning or when my wife needs a break. The pricing is reasonable and the girls that have come out have been extremely nice and done very good work. They are always on time and have even came out at the last minute. We would highly recommend them.
Terrible service. Missed so many areas, dust still everywhere. I will not use this service again.
The cleaners have uniforms on and sound professional, but that's about it...sound professional. The business owner visited our home and after walking around for 20 minutes gave a quote. On the day of cleaning, when the two cleaning ladies were halfway done, they said the have completed what they were supposed to do for the price they had quoted us. What?!?
