extra help appreciated i have taken their service a couple of times, both times after i had a big party at my place, and needed some extra help. the maid came on time, actually 5 or 10 minutes before time, and did a pretty good job. didnt interfere with my choirs either... was very professional.
Two Thumbs up for Merry Maids We had to have our home cleaned for our move out. Merry Maids came and got the job done and really did an awesome job!
No so good Little attention to detail, and very unresponsive management. They are always late (2-3 hours). When you call to find out when they will arrive, the answer is always indefinite.

bad company I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. My carpet is only a year old; we have no pets, and have small spots around the table. Do NOT use Merry Maids! Horrendous Customer Service! We have had the worst luck with Merry Maids, and they have done NOTHING to compensate us! From the very beginning, we had problems with this company. When you get your first visit from Merry Maids it is called a, "Deep Cleaning." This cleaning was not "deep," by any means, and my husband saw them using hot water on the floors with no cleanser. Satisfactory but not Sparkly I can't really complain; they were on time and efficient. I liked that they cleaned the baseboards and blinds but it seemed a bit expensive. For some reason I didn't call them again. The house was clean but not immaculate. I just thought for the price that the house would really sparkle and it didn't seem that different.
Disappointed after the hype These ladies (two different teams) have cleaned my house 5 times. The first time they cleaned, they were at my home for nearly 4 hours. My house was immaculate and I was sooo impressed that I sang their praises to my friends and family! Their price was very high compared to other bids I got, but I decided I could live with that due to quality of the cleaning. they are just a name the cleaning sucks I tried them over the holidays and hated the way they demanded a minimum amount be spent before they come out, and the cleaning wasn't much better. So i could only stomach their service once.
