Do NOT use this service! Awful! I recently moved into a home that needed mostly dusting. I called Merry Maids because they seemed reputable. A man named George met me at my house with 2 other workers the day of the cleanup. He estimated my house would be approximately $180 and explained he would clean all of the fixtures, windows, scrubbing of the tiles, clean out my refrigerator, etc. Prior to leaving my house, he left me a voicemail and stated that he was charging me $300 dollars! Great cleaning job We were attempting to sell our former house and we were hosting an open house. We decided that it would be a good idea to have a through house cleaning. We called this service on a wed. night and they came out the next day and gave us a price that they stood by. They were cleaning our house on Sat. and we were very impressed with the level of cleaning that they did.

Merry Maids office staff is great however the crew not so great not so good. used them for years and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. today I'm getting ready to pick up an earring they apparently vacuumed up after I realized yesterday it went missing. I called in the office to share my concerns and luckily they found it in the canister. well my earrings and jewelry are no where near a floor but on a jewelry armoire. so i have no idea how it got vacummed unless she was cleaning the mirror armoire, moved the jewelry ... read more

Good enough job We hired Merry Maids for a business a while back. They really did do a good job. THen a friend told me the workers were taken advantage of. They only get minimum wage, bad benefits. THe owner apparently is making a killing. We paid 300 bucks for 4 hours, and the workers only got minimum wage? That is not right. For that reason I would not hire them again. I would rather get someone out of the newspaper.

Unacceptable service I used this particular Merry Maids for about 6 months. Some of the workers were fabulous; others were slipshod. One day, I came home to discover that the workers had incarcerated my cats in my bedroom and left them there when they were through. The cats were freaked out and had urinated on my bed. I called the owner, and he said he would call me back. When he did, he told me that he had spoken with the workers and they had not left the cats locked up in the bedroom. I terminated the service.

bad company I was totally not prepared for this company. Over the phone i was given an estimate of approximately 45.00 per room and when he arrived i was told that it would cost me 299.00. He wrote up his report as if my carpet was heavily soiled with many permanent stains. My carpet is only a year old; we have no pets, and have small spots around the table. Elite Maids is better! great job!The ladies were very professional and polite. Loved the Dogs or the Dogs loved them! Got up all all the pet hair. I got back home to a great smelling house and very clean. THANKS!!

Need more staffing I own a goodside house and needed help in everyday chores around it and called around finally chooseing them there are by far the cheapest and very professional they come on time and do a terrific job i would definately say money is well spent with them thank you
