Poor customer service. I received a gift certificate from my co-workers. Unbeknownst to my co-workers, I was a regular customer with this Merry Maids years ago. I trusted them so much, I gave them a key to my house. My key is probably still there. I travel for work and unfortunately, my schedule is erratic. Shelly allowed me to reschedule one time.
