I tried to contact Merry Maids 3 times to get a quote for housecleaning. Every time I received a recording saying to call back later. I chose another company that actually answered the phone.....
They don’t even answer the phone.
They are too busy to reply.
do not use the companies "live" chat, all they do is tell you to call the toll free number or provide your personal information so they can have a sales rep call you. Why bother having a live chat? Called the toll free number, was sent to my local El paso office, and was told again to provide my information and a sales person would call me back but that they are booked out for a few weeks. why can't someone answering the phone give the quote?
