Heather is the lead for the teams that come to my home she's very pleasant she's very efficient does a wonderful job for us with a smile and we enjoy having her come to work for us I gave her five stars because she earned it thank you heather for being there for us and doing such a great job

Shelby and Brittany did such an amazing job! They took extra time and care to vacuum all of the furniture and I am thrilled at how clean my house is.
We scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM to receive a quote. She called at 9:50 AM, and we missed the call. We returned it at 10:20 AM (still before our scheduled appointment time) and were told we would need to reschedule because she had already gone in the opposite direction. Calling 40 minutes early and then canceling because a customer wasn’t expecting you before the scheduled time is unprofessional.
Shelby and Darlene from Merry Maids are nothing short of life-changing. Truly—five stars doesn’t even feel like enough.
