We scheduled an appointment for 10:30 AM to receive a quote. She called at 9:50 AM, and we missed the call. We returned it at 10:20 AM (still before our scheduled appointment time) and were told we would need to reschedule because she had already gone in the opposite direction. Calling 40 minutes early and then canceling because a customer wasn’t expecting you before the scheduled time is unprofessional.
