I’m honestly very glad I canceled before this company ever made it into my home. I paid a $360 deposit for a cleaning, but I was not provided a receipt at the time. When I later needed to cancel, getting clear confirmation of the refund was much more difficult than it should have been. I was initially told the refund could take anywhere from 3 to 30 days to process. Ladies did a great job on first visit. Very pleased with their attention to detail and they made sure all was done that I wanted cleaned. Excellent job cleaning shower too!
