I requested to limit service to 2 hours. The home was left in terrible condition with broken sink and my credit card was charged for nearly 3 hours. I asked multiple times to provide invoice for the charges. It has been a week and no invoice provided. Very disappointed with this unethical behavior.
Quoted me for 1-1.5 hours for a small 975 sqft apartment. $130-$190, came home to a 2 hour bill for $260. 1 bedrooms window sill was spotless, the other bedrooms was untoched. Sliding glass door in the living room - untouched. Kitchen counters - barely cleaned, could still feel dirt and grime. Emailed my complaints of it taking 2 hours for 2 professional cleaners and still managed to leave things uncleaned. Requested a quote via the website, received an auto response and nothing else. Called and left a VM, received a call back from the office manager saying I'd hear from someone about a schedule and confirmation. That never happened so I called and left a VM that was not returned. Its been over 1 week just to try and get a price and schedule put in place. Should have went with their competition that while a bit more pricey would have been done already.
