Used Merry Maids in the past and had a great experience. Have had a terrible experience with the franchise in Falls Church. We are now switching services and should have done so months ago. Do NOT recommend to anyone.
Poor customer service - I had scheduled ahead and took a 1/2 day off from work for one time whole house cleaning and they called at 9:40 am that morning to say they could not make it. Dont call Merry Maids if you want someone to show up to clean your house.
