Always excellent service! Professional and friendly staff too!
The first time I called, I was told I called the New Bern location and they would have the Jacksonville location call me within a day or two. Never got a call back. Weird, because I called the Jacksonville number. The second time I called, the lady was very snooty and condescending on the phone. I just ended up hiring a different company.
Fantastic experience! My house has never been this clean. They were so professional and really went above and beyond. Stunning work.
I'm a member of Kellum Baptist Church in Jacksonville NC. Today I was at our church fellowship hall and katrena was there cleaning. She was doing such a great job. She even took time to clean the microwave.
