I would not give them 1 star!!!! the management dose not tell the workers what the client wants. they say one thing and the workers say something else no one wins. when they deep clean a 1/2 bath they still don't clean under the rim! they should do that every time they clean a bathroom right! I would NOT recommend them at all!!!!!!!!!!!!
The woman who came out to do our estimate (who said she was the owner) was very unprofessional. I feel as though she looked down at me for living in a trailer. As a result, I will not be a patron in the future and I will not recommend this company to anyone. The employee showed horrible customer service skills and was far from personable.
Merry Maids came to our rescue. We couldn't be happier.
