Aiba who does my cleaning is very courteous and professional always.. She always shows up on time and is in and out. She does a beautiful job cleaning my unit. Very efficient and professional!! She is very creative and makes the cutest little flowers on the Kleenex in the box. Aiba does a great job vacuuming and creates the cutest designs on the carpet. She always wears a mask and gloves which helps to promote a safe environment. Highly recommend Merry Maids!! Kim is excellent at setting up appointments.

Merry Maids have been cleaning my home since 2018 and I’m very pleased with the service so far.
Merry Maids canceled me within 3 hours of my scheduled appointment due to a "family emergency" and said they have no idea when they can reschedule, and they don't have a backup team for situations like this. Not professional. I think they canceled me because I was particular and had them correct things that werent satisfactory. The last time they came half of the cleaning team stayed in their car sick the whole time.
