RecommendedWe’ve been using Merry Maids for 20 years. Catherine Ott and her mom was our first team to clean our house. Ten years ago we moved into a new house in Schertz and asked to have Catherine still clean our house. She has done a outstanding job for 20 years and is still the best in our opinion.
My fiancé had open heart surgery and it’s been a lot with him in the hospital so I got behind on daily cleaning. Merry Maids came out and did in two hours what I had put off for weeks. My house is show ready now and the stress is gone! I’m so thankful for their help and will be using them as often as possible!
after 10 cleanings I finally am DONE with these people. I have had house cleaning for over 15 years and this is the first time I went with a company. The first 2 cleanings were great and then after that, they were horrible. Even a supervisor came out and still the cleaning was bad! Service is spotty, sometimes they are good and sometimes they are bad. out of 5 services 2 were great and 3 sucked. Also if you fire them they make you pay for an additional month of crap service. RUN AWAY, don't even think of using people they will extort money from you. I’ll leave this review at every place I can think of so people won’t have to endure the absolute crap they call service. Too bad I can’t leave a ZERO stars! You guys really suck that bad!
I had a contract for 10 visits. Dishes were put away dirty and laundry had to be rewashed. When I reported it, service got worse and the girl was always on her phone. When the ice storm hit, my ceiling caved in and I had to move because I couldn’t get a contractor for three months. I told them it wasn’t safe to clean inside and asked them to clean my small apt. I highly recommend Merry Maids! They helped me out cleaning my house a week before my wedding! They were fast and efficient allowing my 4mo old to sleep through everything!
I’ve never had a cleaning service in my home until recently. I was involved in a car crash and can’t twist, crouch, bend at the knee or kneel. I called Merry Maids to come in once per week and cover the cleaning that I can’t until I completely heal. I’ve been so pleased with the job they’ve done. The workers are thorough, thoughtful and respectful. I’m so pleased, that I’m hoping to keep having them come once per month even after I’ve recovered so that I have more time for me and fun stuff!
Horrible rating 1 out of 5, they came in my house twice this month for a bi weekly cleaning. The first time I wasn't impressed but an ok job was done. The second time she left in a hour an 10 minutes. She thought my house was clean so she did absolutely nothing. Toothpaste all over my bathroom faucet, floors not swept or mopped, furniture not dusted, smutz all over kitchen faucet the list goes on. Unfortunately my search for a cleaning person continues.
The office staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The cleaning staff was very professional, friendly and personable. The cleaning exceeded my expectations and made my moving process much easier. The best part... the pricing is very reasonable! I will be signing up for biweekly cleanings for my new home. Thank you for all your help!
