The cleaning crew needs to be more thorough, and management needs to actually address the concerns of its clients in a timely manner.

RecommendedHad a wonderful experience with Merry Maids! We hired them to do a move in cleaning of our new home. They did a great job. It was such a relief to move in and know that the house was clean. Windows, appliances, etc. we’re all done! Once unpacked and settled, we are planning to get on a regular cleaning schedule! Thank you Merry Maids for making our move a little easier!
Donna Partin, the owner, is threatening the workers with sanctions if they’re unwilling to expose themselves and their families to Covid-19.
