Samantha the receptionist is absolutely amazing! She has always been courteous and extremely helpful. Gives you as much time as you need and answers all your questions. A pleasure to interact with!
Very nice people and fast service! Front desk is amazing!
Receptionist is so incredibly rude. Acts like you’re bothering her just because of a simple question. Isn’t that her job to answer the questions for the calls the come in? She acted like she couldn’t be bothered with me. This person sets the tone for the entire office. Very unfortunate for them. All set.
Dr. Fakhri is very knowledgeable and capable with a nice bedside manner. She spends time with her patients to learn their needs, both dentally and financially, in order to suggest the best treatment plan when there is not enough money to do everything. She also spends time to educate her patient. The digital picture capability helps remove the mystery of what is happening in the mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Fakhri as a dentist.
