I have my equipment repaired at Merrow's for a long time. They were great. I continued when it turned into MRK enterprises. It was a huge mistake on my part. I brought my snowblower in for a repair. It would not shift correctly. I paid for the repair and it was returned the same way. Brought it in for another repair and a tune up. I asked that the correct the first incorrect repair. So far I have had a generator and my snow blower repaired there. The service was excellent and fast. The people are friendly and helpfull.

My experience with Merrows was always good. The new owner MRK Enterprises not good. I took my chainsaw there over a month ago for repair and it was returned to me in two weeks but did not work. I took it back and waited another two weeks to pick it up and it still did not work although he said he tested it. I took it back and it has now been over six weeks although I was promised it would be fixed the next day.
