Place sucks don't answer phone calls
Merriwood managed an apartment unit I had for about 12 years beginning after I tried to management it on my own and began receiving distressing letters from a renter about injuries, loss of work, etc. Merriwood reviewed the letters, took over and steered me very wisely as to how to proceed without digging any deeper 'holes'. My questions were always promptly handled. Their charges, including repairs, were very reasonable. I had over time dealt with other management firms and found Merriwood my favorite. Jane D.
