First time having Merrits and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered a turkey sandwich on marble bread with all the fixings and it was delicious! However, my bread was falling apart which gave me the impression that it was stale. Maybe frozen and thawed out but the bread didn’t seem fresh! But the sandwich itself was delicious. I had a big order (several sandwiches) and they got everything right! I wld highly recommend!
