The repairs to my roof and gutter system were exact and to the point. There was no over kill with regard to doing more than was actually required to repair the damage. Merritt is my kind of company; they do exactly what's required.
Merritt Roofing made the entire process easy from start to finish. Their team was professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. My roof replacement was great and they left the property spotless when the job was done. I highly recommend Merritt Roofing for all your roofing needs. Great customer service and excellent workmanship!
TL/DR: Merritt Roofing has completely eroded my trust in their products and service. I do NOT recommend. 8-months after installation, we still don't have a roof we can trust, and they seem to be done supporting me. We did our due diligence and spoke to several roofing companies before choosing Merritt. We even went ahead and paid extra for the "Platinum Coverage" for added piece of mind.
