Oh how does one begin? Nothing is ever fixed. Floors collapsing, windows leaking and full of mold, ceilings leaking. I came home to 2 ceiling tiles on my bed from water leaking through. It still took forever to get someone to come look at it. My bathroom floor was full of holes and management knew about it before I moved in. We have been without hot water for three days now. The gas bill was never paid. We keep getting new mangers every time you turn around. The windows leak, there's mold growing in Windows, sometimes between management, we go a month or two without anyone to call, no maintenance, nobody cleaning the halls. It's rediculous! It's not the managers fault ...there have been several good managers. They try to make a change but it never works then on to the next!

Amazed to see these things are still around. By the way, it's spelled Apartment. They were roach infested slums even back in 1977 when we had to live there because my husband went to A school there for the Coast Guard. They should be razed. They are not fit for human habitation.
cj does not know how to run the place at all and likes to lie about everything u can't never get a hold of her and she is never in the office. the matince guy Allen never fixed any thing around there and the place has mice on the second and third floors ppl that wants to get a home there needs to get more information about the places before they rent or pay the application fee.
@BridgeportAptKY My husband and I applied and paid the application fee for a house almost 2 months ago. We have never been contacted nor have we been able to reach anyone since. Someone needs to contact us or we'll have no choice but to seek proper recourse.
