Be wary - stay away from this place. The management is unstable - happy one day and swearing and having fits the next day. Threatens people and does not stick to his word. Never had a problem with him before - I have lived there 2 x. This last time was our elderly aunt who got injured and had to leave to go to assisted living - we had a gentleman's agreement that if the unit could be rented , her remaining balance would refunded - he was given 30 notice and there are text ,messages to prove that and he did not hold up h... read more
