They do decent inspections but beware of any misrepresentations of what they say they could do. Contracted with Merritt to inspect local law work. During the proposal and sales process, Merritt noted they could conduct visual inspections by drone to save on time and costs. After agreeing to their services, Merritt during the first site visit goes, ‘we can’t use drones at your building because of its proximity to the airport.’
