We began our project with a competing GJ construction company, but they couldn't handle the workload and missed deadline after deadline so we made the switch to Merritt and Co. They were able to step in, wrap their hands around the mess that had been created, and got after it. It made the most sense to go with a cost plus contract structure because of where we were when we switched companies and I'm happy to report that they have been fair and equitable with the project.
