I attended 3 classes from the intro package. My best experience was with Tiffany. She pays close attention to you and spends time to help identify what you are doing wrong. She made me feel comfortable and welcome in the space. Other classes I took were Sadaf and Sana. I stuck to Strength Flow but wish I could've made it for the other types. Next time! The studio was clean, felt so nice to show up in the AM. Looking forward to some cool packages like the intro so I can come back and experience more classes!

I am not reviewing the Pilates instruction itself. My issue is with STOTT Pilates’ cancellation and refund handling, which in my experience was unprofessional, delayed, and completely unacceptable. Before I asked to cancel, emails were answered quickly and there was constant back-and-forth. The moment I requested cancellation and a refund, communication slowed down immediately. It took 6 emails and 8 days just to move the cancellation forward because replies became slow, inconsistent, and often delayed until the next day eve... read more

Went to the open house and the staff were very welcoming and the event was run really well! Azra and Alexis did a really good job of running the event!
