the best when your on the big island going thru waimea, you have to treat yourself to merrimans. the food is fabulous and the decor inside is beautiful. everything on the menu (very extensive) is excellent and the wine list is great. a must!

Probably one of my favorite restaurants on the Big Island of Hawaii in a small town called Waimea. Never disappoints. The staff is on point with menu knowledge. The food is unbelievably great. What's best is they support local farmers and ranchers so their menu changes according to what is best quality and freshest.
