Second Update no my review: Amazingly, braindead Ai agent "Cathy" this business keeps using seems to have amnesia too. Today she started again pestering me by spam calling and texting telling me I need roof inspection for insurance renewal (already earlier proven false and deceiptful claim). This business is apparently using very poorly performing Ai agent running deceptive text message campaign indicating that homeowner's insurance underwriter has asked them to contact you and that you may need some papers from them for renewals, offering free roof inspection. I checked and verified that was all false information, and that Ai agent even admitted that.

Rapid response to repair the leak. Provided inspection of the roof that definitely showed how this cold snowy winter's toll on the roof and provided before and after photos showing areas where cap shingles required replacing as well as sealing of exposed and unsealed nails. Included re-securing of siding that had shifted over at the front of the house as well. Josh's inspection was thorough and provided the quote to schedule repair as soon as the next day. Highly recommend Merrimack Valley Roofing & Gutter.

Like many people I had to deal with ice damns this winter, Josh, has made this stressful process quite easy. They also had the work done within 36 hrs of the first phone call to them!
