The Staff is very helpful and friendly. Dr. Rustum explains everything and answers all your questions with out the rushing you get from other places . Elaina is also very helpful with getting insurance approval and all related things done quickly so you can be seen asap. She goes way above of what other people do in her profession at other like places . I highly recommend coming here !!!!
Professional and Nice People
Best!!! I live with pain and discomfort due to a rear end collision that cause me an injury. I am fortunate that I can use alternative pain relief rather than opioids Dr Rustum is good at his job and I appreciate that he listens, explains and makes sensible options for the best outcome.
If I could put 0 stars I would. Let me start by saying that Dr. Rustam has been my doctor for a while now. Unfortunately I get chronic bad back pain and have had this since I was a teen. Recently my back pain has returned. I’ve been trying to make an appointment at his office and one of his staff members Jackie has been very rude. Every time I try to make an appointment she keeps saying “we’re going to call you” “were going to call you” ( nobody has called). I have to leave another review… Office stuff is amazing… The main nurse Jackie is an incredibly helpful, professional, and pleasant person… Couldn’t ask for anything more from a doctor staff… AMAZING CARING PEOPLE….
