I know this place had issues before, but NOW, it's the 100% opposite - they are trying so hard to turn everything around that you are actually getting better service and better pricing than anyone else will give you. I've been trying to find the right stone and wanted it customized (needed 3 custom names) and nobody could help me. They have been wonderful to work with . Stone actually came in weeks before promised .Erin is fantastic with communicating what is going on with your order and and is friendly yet totally Profesional. Some of the older reviews I see are really negative but evidently since Erin took over it has done a total 180 , don't hesitate to go there if you have the misfortune of needing their services ..
