Very nice people, excellent service with a smile.
Had an MRI done here and we requested images to be sent over to my husbands doctor. The doctor herself requested the images to be sent over, and two separate times this facility sent over the report without images! A doctor who makes a request cannot even receive images to review for a patient, which is crazy. I myself have sent a request on June 19 for the CD to pick up so I can give to the doctor and no one is answering my request. I only lasted about 10 minutes. If you think you may have trouble laying still in an extremely cramped space while listening to LOUD, non-stop banging noises for about 45 minutes, then get medicated beforehand. Also, to brace yourself for the MRI sounds, you should play YouTube videos loudly in your home. Do a YouTube search for "MRI sounds".
I just spent the worst 10 minutes of my entire life in their MRI. There was no way in hell I could have tolerated the torture for 45 minutes. Non-stop VERY LOUD banging while laying motionless face-up inside a coffin. The cheap styrofoam earplugs and headphones provided were less than worthless. I am praying that I have not suffered long-term psychological damage. I can barely handle being inside my home right now. I would not send my worst enemy inside that machine.
Had an MRI here today. Everyone was very kind, explained everything, and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. The covid precautions taken made me comfortable in that aspect as well. My appointment was on time with no waiting.
