Very rude customer service, very rude
This place is a joke. I had a MRI scheduled, drove there, when I got there I was told that the MRI was not working. Thank you for the heads up....time away from my work, 1hour round trip. So do I get to charge them for not calling, ya right.....So I was then rescheduled, do you think they would fit me in, of course not. 2nd appointment a month later, once again they canceled me saying that they had no doctor.......3rd appointment, you guessed it, I had to wait another month. Very nice people, excellent service with a smile.
Had an MRI done here and we requested images to be sent over to my husbands doctor. The doctor herself requested the images to be sent over, and two separate times this facility sent over the report without images! A doctor who makes a request cannot even receive images to review for a patient, which is crazy. I myself have sent a request on June 19 for the CD to pick up so I can give to the doctor and no one is answering my request. I only lasted about 10 minutes. If you think you may have trouble laying still in an extremely cramped space while listening to LOUD, non-stop banging noises for about 45 minutes, then get medicated beforehand. Also, to brace yourself for the MRI sounds, you should play YouTube videos loudly in your home. Do a YouTube search for "MRI sounds".
