Terrible office - rude staff, go somewhere else. You’d be better going to a walk-in clinic that has no idea about your medical information to begin with.
Unfortunately a lot of these recent reviews are correct. I called and followed the prompt to register as a new patient. I was met with rudeness as soon as I spoke to the receptionist. She made it as if I was an inconvenience for calling and was very short with me. There's no reason for that and I certainly can find somewhere else that treats their patients better.
Absolutely awful. Front office staff is rude and completely unhelpful. Even if they can try to help, they do NOT. They don’t care about the patients.
Amanda the NP was very thorough and she and her staff were very kind!
