Fantastic service, communication, and comfortable waiting area make servicing a car here a five-star experience. Best Service Ever! I was driving from Boston with my family when my Volvo had a battery problem. I was super lucky that I was only 3 miles from this dealership and service center. Jim took care of us and in a matter of minutes we were in a loaner back in the road. I’m definitely renewing my lease with Volvo after this experience, best service ever!
This review is way overdue. I came here to check the Volvo XC 60 out. I was so impressed with the owner Alex. I had a unique situation and needed to sell two cars. Alex respected my situation and worked with me to complete the transactions and get into a beautiful, safe, and certified vehicle. On my 3rd Volvo here and would not go anywhere else! 2months ago while shopping a lady saw my MSG Volvo plate border, she exclaimed “ I bought mine there too, it’s my first one and they are wonderful, Alex the owner was great and when time to buy a new car I’m going there again. “This was in a parking lot on a Sunday morning at 8am!!
