Leaving Same Review for both locations! I don’t usually leave long dealership reviews, but Merrimack Street Cars Volvo absolutely earned one. Probably worse experience.. bought truck 3 weeks later transmission blows. No communication once I dropped off vehicle. Used my warranty. Was told I had to pay deductible but once I get to shop I had to pay 400 because filters weren't covered under warranty. Alex the owner never once reached out after emailing and calling. I had to call them everytime. I would never buy another car from here. Be warned

My wife and I live in Maine. We had come down to New Hampshire to look at another vehicle that was not at Merrimack Volvo. Needless to say it was an absolute disaster. My wife and I recently decided to get an SUV. We looked at multiple brands and thought what are we doing, we have been buying Volvo's since before the internet was around.
