The facilities are clean, and the front desk staff are genuinely kind and friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I repeatedly felt dismissed and like my health concerns weren’t taken seriously. When you’re feeling sick and vulnerable, warmth and compassion go a long way. Set up an appointment and they sent me a packet looking for past medical information, I sent them my history from my previous doctor instead. Thought the matter was closed. Got a call saying my appointment was canceled stating they didn't hear from me (I missed one call from them) or receive the packet back. Again, I sent my history to them directly from my doctor. Called as a new patient , told her I have medicare , asked if they accepted it , she said yes, then told me to write down few doctors to see if Medicare would except them ... what a joke , shouldn't have to do that calling to be a new patient
Don't tell. This place, you have a history of substance abuse.Otherwise, they will treat you completely differently.And by differently, I mean, they will prescribe.You adderall but not give you anything for restless legs because of your addiction history right ! Prescribe me the most addictive thing on the planet But then refused to help me with something that I have been dealing with For a very long time
Although doctor is great , but Billing seems to be confusing . Took me almost an hour to reach them but they did not offer any solution.
