Several times I have confused this with the very similar named place in town. It has made me late to a couple appointments and actually miss one altogether as the GPS does not recognize them because of the very generic name. I have suggested to them that they include their address in the reminder texts. Posting documents that illustrate the issues with this practice, including Dr. Patel, nurses, and reception. To begin with, Dr. Patel gave me a dangerous taper of Paxil, refused to follow up with me, posted incorrect notes and then failed to fix them as required under HIPAA. Threatened to discharge me as a patient if I kept requesting amendments to her notes, which is a HIPAA right. Even went so far as to prepare a discharge letter to give me at my annual physical.
