the Nurse Practioners and Doctors are finomenal. But as an employer the worst partly because of management and secondly because of Lowell general it is not about putting patient's first anymore it's about money. Very sad that it has come to this and when I started there in 2006 it was very family oriented but now again bottom dollar. I worked there 14 yrs always had excellent reviews never even had a warning. and after I brought up issues with management and 2 weeks later was fired for a bogus reason. RecommendedI have been going to Merrimack Family Medicine for 19 years and have been a patient of Dr. Frank Osborn for 18. Dr. Osborn is my rock. He is very caring and has excellent bedside manner. The rest of the staff is very professional and courteous. They are amazing, they are amazing, they are amazing!

Everything about this place is awesome. Except the evil Lisa the office manager. It's sad because the office has some great caring doctors and she can ruin it for them. Long story short. I made a complaint on how I was treated she told me i was wrong and instead of fixing it sent me a threatening letter stating she was going to kick me out of the practice for a 'no show??'
