I've been living here for a few years now and I'm finally happy that they got a new manager who is bilingual and willing to help us out she also is starting to improve and clean the property she is very hands-on and always has a smile on her face. Frank and Gina weren't the nicest to us Mexicans and we did not feel comfortable asking for help. This new manager is always welcoming such a pretty girl with big green eyes.
I've been living here for a little over 2 years now and love it here. This was my original feelings here. They were bought by another company and got rid of the manager who actually cared because they wanted a bilingual manager. The manager is never there where you can speak to her. She will evict you over anything there is no talking to her about issues. She will say she is working with you then not. As a result I will be leaving here as soon as I can find another place. My rating went from a 5 to a 1 star.
