We always used Merrills Heating and Cooling since the early 80s. The Origanal owner Merrill was honest and always fixes our AC quickly. Merrill retired and his daughter took over the business with her son. 2 years ago we were in our home state and our AC unit stopped working. So we called Merrill's and they put a new unit in ASAP. It worked great for a little over a year. Then is stopped and we called thinking it's was covered under a warranty. It wasn't.
