Great friend and honest people to work with. My furnace went out and I called them at 8pm. The service tech (Tyler) came out to try and get it up and running again. Which he couldn’t because the mother board was shot. He ran me through my options for my almost 30 year old furnace and was straight forward and honest with me. Instead of fixing it. Had every thing set up for install, call back said I was rude, hard to work with, and had to order to many supplies to bring out to the house to install the wood stove, super crazy.... I believe Mitch the person helping me with the job is unorganized with all the phone calls and wanting to come to the house multiple times to inspect everything ... sorry your check is in the mail go some where else..
