Had every thing set up for install, call back said I was rude, hard to work with, and had to order to many supplies to bring out to the house to install the wood stove, super crazy.... I believe Mitch the person helping me with the job is unorganized with all the phone calls and wanting to come to the house multiple times to inspect everything ... sorry your check is in the mail go some where else..
