TERRIBLY MANAGED COMPANY. DO NOT USE. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I rented a unit from this company starting in February of 2018. After my initial payment I gave the clerk at the office my account information and asked her to set up auto-pay for my account. She claimed to set it up and said she would call me if there was any issue with the billing. I received a call today and a different lady tells me that I owe my bill and a $30 late fee for my account. I explained that I had set up auto-pay already... read more
