She is amazing and very thorough! Really listens and takes the time to address any medical concerns! Absolutely love her and her amazing staff!
My husband has tried numerous times over the past month, to make an appointment for refills on his cholesterol and blood pressure meds, that he's been prescribed for 15 years. He is out of both and is a heart patient. He has left several voicemails, and hasn't had any calls returned. He made contact with the front desk today, but was placed on hold once again. It's not only near impossible to make an appointment, she also charges $125-$175 for an established patient office visit. Would not recommend.
I've called several times attempting to make an appointment to see Dr. Merrill only to be told their scheduler is out of the office for the day and would return my call...BUT never receive a call back. Not sure how this clinic survives since you can't even schedule an appointment.
