If you care about customer service , responsiveness, and the safety of your assets - RUN from this office . My experience at Merrill Lynch was great under Scott Shagrin. When he left Merrill Lynch to join Morgan Stanley, I was assigned to Perry Richards. This individual is the worst advisor I have ever worked with . His team is inept and his leadership of them is even worse . They are neglectful, non responsive , rude and incompetent.
