Karen was amazing! There are definitely some challenges that come with buying a property when you live hours away and won't be able to see it in person before making an offer, but she pulled it off - even taking me on a video call tour of three different options. She was responsive, personable, provided endless information that helped me make a decision, and made sure everything flowed smoothly through closing. It was a stress-free and enjoyable experience...and that's not said often when it comes to the real estate world.
Jen Ledger and Merrill Thomas has helped us with the sale of a house and most recently with the purchase of a house. Jen has consistenly worked to get us a fair price wether buying or selling. She has alway been professional and willing to go the extra mile. This was very important recently as we were 2500 miles from the area in which we purchased a house. Jen made numerous trips to the property to find answers to our questions and confirm current conditions. I highly recommend both Jen Ledger and Merrill Thomas.

We have used Merrill L. Thomas to buy 3 properties and sell 2 . Jennifer Ledger was on top of our transactions from start to finish. We most recently relocated back to the area from out of state.
